The role and its responsibilities
Your core responsibility will be to lead, inspire and work with teams of subject matter experts in order to drive improvements. In this hands-on role you will interact with, and influence, all levels of our organization – from the shop floor to the boardroom. As such, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who can encourage others to excel. It is also a role in which team dynamics, a constantly changing work environment, and a wide variety project topics (from technical projects on site to projects improving business processes in e.g. HR) combine to create an excellent opportunity to develop yourself both personally and professionally.
You will act as a valued part of a central team of 15 L6S Black Belts, located in Amsterdam, reporting to the Master Black Belt. The central team facilitates your development into the role, by focusing on knowledge sharing. To further ensure that you are fully prepared to succeed, you will embark an extensive Black Belt training and certification program. This includes the execution of important manufacturing or business projects that benefit the overall performance of the company and playing an active role in promoting the continuous improvement mindset within the organization.
