Nouryon is looking for you as
Global Key Account Manager (f/m) Personal Care- Germany based
Your Responsibilities:
- Create strategy and develop, manage and ensure realization of sales for the assigned key accounts

- Ability to translate the value propositions of our specialty products to customer opportunities and benefits

- Fully understand the key account’s current and future needs and act upon the customer’s strategy and tactics

- Create and own the Customer Value Proposition at the key account

- Keep an overall perspective of the customer’s interface with AkzoNobel

- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities for the BU at the key account

- Develop strong relationship with key players at the customer and create multi-level connections with the customer organization

- Create a strong network within Nouryon with regards to this key account

- Lead the (indirect) sales team throughout the matrix organization

- Serve as a lead contracts negotiator on commercial terms

- Manage global contracts, confidentiality and joint development agreements

- Keep management fully informed of all key activities at the key account through effective internal communication

- Provide insights regarding quantitative and qualitative developments by periodical and ad hoc reports and/or analyses, using the systems and tools agreed (10-10-5-5,CRM etc)

Job Requirements

Your Qualifications:
- Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Biology (MSc or higher)

- Experience in Sales & Marketing of specialty surfactant and polymers to the Personal Care industry;

- Experience in managing/supervising direct or functional reports.

- Requires strong interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills.

-  Ability to form and lead teams

-  Communicates effectively with customer and various level of management
