Responsibility
· Ensure timely and sufficient technical support, Maintain/build (technical) relationships to sales team, distributors and customers in the dedicated market/area, mainly China, but also include SEA.
· Conduct f ormulation development and evaluation of cleansing and conditioning products, skin care products, hair styling products and color cosmetics.
· Ensure high quality and on-schedule delivery of customer and market projects.
· Support Asia initiated new development projects and screening projects.
· Provide input and support to key product development initiatives and global innovation projects
· Deliver training to sales/customers/distributors. T imely and quality response to sales, distributors and customer’s emails and phone calls.
· Deal with quality issues/customer complains as requested.
· Provide technical support to market initiatives/events.
· zero recordable incidents in PC/HS lab
