As a recruiter in our recruitment team of 14 you play a crucial and consulting role wherein you manage the end-to-end recruitment process, starting from identifying customers’ needs to ending the recruitment process with hiring a great talent for Nouryon. From graduate to professional to executive recruitment, you are the project manager to conduct an intake meeting and guide the manager through the entire process. You initiate regular progress meetings with key stakeholders, use your innovative way of sourcing to identify future talent, make use of all available inflow channels and know how to end the process with a win for both sides, a great new colleague to accompany us on our journey.

Recruitment runs through your veins and the passion for recruitment does not stop after office hours. On your initiative you talk to business leaders on their future plans and translate these into staffing plans (and eventually talent pipelines). New talent like interns are coached by you giving them a great base for development. 
You are a STAR in using exactly this interview technique and you are a true networker promoting the company in any setting (recruitment events you organize, talent pools you are building for the future, lectures you give on our approach within Nouryon).
You are curious, have an eye for improvement and are not afraid to speak up and propose new methods to successfully identify talent. SuccessFactors is going to be our Applicant tracking system by the end of 2019, so experience with this gives you a big advantage.

Job Requirements

What do you bring to our table:
• Bachelor’s degree with at least three years of experience in a role as (corporate) recruiter
• A natural curiosity and extrovert attitude
• Experience in guiding and leading recruitment as a project
• English is a must in our highly international setting.
• For this role your mobility is not limited to a single workspace (industrial sites, working from home or from our headquarters in Amsterdam)
