- Assist technical service manager to m aintain and improve technical relationship with key customers via joint visits, contacts, technical seminars, and joint projects.
- Respond and address customers feedback in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and be the interface between Paints lab and technical service manager with the sales team.
- Assist line manger to operate the Paints lab on daily basis
- Participate in technical conferences and seminars.
- Be in charge of assigned internal and external key projects to meet the request from market or customers.
