Requirements for Job:
Skills/Experience
•Strong analytical skills, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and working with and understanding analytical tools
•Solid background in business analysis
•Project management experience
•Experience of working in multi-disciplinary programs and teams, from start to implementation and delivering results
•3+ years working experience
•Experience with Digital tools (Order platforms, Apps, performance tools) and Google Analytics 
•Skills in process development and management
•Preference (not requirement) for experience in commercial or O2C activities
Personal Profile
•Proactive, robust and pragmatic approach 
•Good networker with good people skills
•Essential to have good level of communication skills
•Willingness and interest to travel
•Attention to details
•Digital savvy
•Flexible to work with various topics

Job Requirements

Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities
•Support the Commercial Excellence Managers* in the development and implementation of processes and projects in and across businesses (sBU/BU/SMU) and work streams
•Support in the implementation of the Digital Strategy for the region
•Perform data gathering, validation and processing for analysis into easy-to-comprehend insights compiled in professional presentations
•Identify, report and discuss key issues and develop action plans with the Commercial Excellence Managers*
•Identify improvement opportunities within the areas of Commercial Excellence, Digital and CRM
•Adapt and maintain tools related to Commercial Excellence, Digital and CRM
•Lead/run trainings or specific breakout sessions in workshops where needed
•Continuously develop the commercial capabilities based on new insights and through adoption of the Commercial Excellence way of working
(* Commercial Excellence Managers include Digital Mgr, CRM Mgr and Learning& Development Mgr)
 
Education
•University Degree / Graduate in Finance, Marketing, Economics, Chemistry/Chemical Engineering
•Further education (Masters, MBA) is an advantage but not mandatory
