Nouryon Surface Chemistry offers a wide agricultural product range consisting of 


emulsifiers, adjuvants, wetting agents and dispersants.  Nouryon continues to invest

Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities

 

•             Responsible for key and developmental customers in US and key account responsibilities as needed

•             Selling: maintain and expand position at existing accounts, meeting aggressive growth targets

•             Prospecting: locating and developing new customers, meeting aggressive growth targets

•             Targeting: allocating time among prospects and customers

•             Communicating: providing information about the company’s products and services

•             Servicing: consulting and providing technical support

•             Information Gathering: Identify new customers, new products, and new applications, conduct market research and intelligence work, including competitors

•             Organization: maintain Call Plans, Key Account Plans and New Business Opportunities

•             Follow up and resolve customer accounts receivable issues

•             Accurate forecasting entered in SAP Arkieva and communicated to Demand Planning

•             Keep CRM account profiles and contacts current

•             Write timely contact reports on all customer meetings involving substantial or new information

•             Receive and interpret customer complaints. Assist in its investigation, resolution and response

 

Functional Responsibilities/Network

 

•             Internally must work closely with: Customer Service, Supply Chain, R&D, Technical Service, Marketing, Accounts Receivable and Business Management

•             Externally must work closely with: Customer’s Purchasing, Technical, R&D, Manufacturing, Accounts Payable, Business Management including VP, Director and President levels 

 

 

 

 





Job Requirements



Requirements for Job

 

•             Education: BA or BS degree, preferably in Chemistry, Engineering or Life Sciences

•             Experience in agricultural chemical sales preferred

•             Self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic

•             Above average interpersonal and presentation skills

•             Knowledge of CRM, SAP and MS Office, especially Excel

•             Minimum of 3 years sales experience

•             Requires a valid driver’s license and approximately 50% overnight travel
