Job responsibility

    Responsible for driving site discipline asset integrity management (AIM) system excellence
    Setup yearly site AIM master plan to consolidate and continuous improvement discipline integrity essentially and support business productivity demands
    Responsible for organizing & supervising discipline master data setup &improvement in SAP
    Facilitate disciplined and systematic equipment PM /PdM strategy development efforts, e.g. via criticality assessment and FMEA as well as Maintenance 
    Responsible for discipline spare parts inventory setup review & optimization & reduction from site view with risk assessment base
    Responsible for discipline maintenance SOP &SWS and best practices well documented and applied site-wide
    Drive site TOP 10 bad actors identification & elimination program by methodologies of RCPS, L6S to reduce operation disruption
    Lead self-audit to ensure well compliance with regulations & SAQ
    Lead or actively participate in continuous improvement projects (L6S, MOC, capital projects) , especially providing inputs of AIM & Reliability best practices to the Engineering Group for equipment design &PDS review, vendor selection & TBE, FAT & installation & CSU etc.
    Participate in related maintenance contract service suppliers selection /evaluation process and routine supervision
    Provide tools, training and support to the discipline engineers/technicians in driving precision maintenance and execution capability improvement
    Support line manager to develop yearly maintenance budget, as well as the long term asset investment budget

Job requirements

    At least 8 years of relevant working experiences in chemicals industry with over 3years in multinational company.
    Familiar with reliability engineering methodologies & tools, e.g. SAP, OEE, CBM&RCM, RBI,FMEA, RCPS etc. L6S methodology referred
    Bachelor's degree in mechanical or instrument or Automation Control or related
    Good communication and coordination
    Good English skills both reading and writing
    Good skills in use of software (word, excel, PPT, Auto CAD)
    Strong problem solving & Result driven
    Helicopter view of TA & maintenance activities
    Financial challenging skills (costs & budget)
    Strategic perspective and systematic thinking
    Mature leadership including team engagement, stress and conflict management
