Key Accountabilities
Ensure local and global Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Security Standards and SIS management procedures are strictly followed.
Responsible for Process Control System integrity and reliability by developing and executing PM (Inspection, Backup, Update, etc.).
Optimize life-cycle costs for all process control systems.
Work with team and plants to influence behaviors/decisions aligned with corporate/regional initiatives and direction.
Be an influential team member, meet deadlines, be responsive, and maintain a positive professional demeanor.
Key Activities
Key activities are as follows:
? Implements local/global ICS management and SIS management procedures
? Improve control strategy to stabilize production and improve efficiency.
? Planning and coordination of DCS/PLC control system hardware/software upgrade/reinvestment based on regional ICS life cycle management guideline
? Responsible for site SIS management includes of SIS functional testing/auditing/modification/bypass etc.
? Support SIL Verifications and risk management review (HAZOP, SIL)
? Provides technical support to solve control system problems by working closely with maintenance, operations, & process personnel
? Lead and/or support Root Cause Failure Analysis involving process control systems
? Owns and drives improvement of the process control system failure KPI
? Provides excellent support to new projects in process control areas
? Mentor and train I&A engineers/technicians in process control areas

Bachelor's degree on Chemical automation/process or above
Minimum of 6 years’ automation experience in the chemical or refining industry
Experience with Delta V, Batch control and Tricon SIS. Knowledge of Siemens Step7/WinCC and common PLCs are plus
Technical expertise within Automation
Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA)
Knowledgeable of DCS/PLC/SIS management
Proficient in Safety Instrumented Systems and possess the related functional safety Life cycle management knowledge.
Knowledgeable in IEC61511 2nd Ed consensus standard.
Experience with Process Safety Management (PSM)
Excellent written and oral communication skills (English as 2nd language preferred)
Good logical thinking、attitude and strong self-learning ability
