Key Responsibilities

  • Standards for making day to day commercial decisions across Nouryon - Support the Managers & Director for Commercial Growth Accelerator in the development and implementation of processes in and across businesses, businesses lines, functions and work streams
  • Support & manage implementation of the Commercial Growth Accelerator capabilities e.g. marketing, value proposition, key account management, go to market, opportunity management, margin management, pricing management, cost-to-serve
  • Engagement leader on business project - Lead projects, trainings or specific sessions with the businesses
  • Identify business improvement opportunities within the areas of Commercial Growth Accelerator (Go To Market and Margin Management), enabled by Digital, CRM, Learning & Development
  • Perform diagnostics and complexity reduction through data gathering, validation, modelling and analysis transfer into easy-to-comprehend insights compiled in professional presentations
  • Creates and improves repeatable modelling approaches & analysis to help identify growth opportunities and support the business growth strategy and target
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops and challenges business to take actions toward growth
  • Identify, report and discuss key issues and develop action plans with the Commercial Growth Accelerator Managers*
  • Adapt and maintain tools related to Commercial Growth Accelerator, Digital and CRM
  • Continuously develop the commercial & marketing capabilities based on new insights and through adoption of the Commercial Growth Accelerator playbook



  • BS – In Engineering, Business, Finance or related
  • Further education (Masters, MBA) is an advantage but not mandatory


  • Business acumen: an intuitive and applicable understanding of how a company or unit makes money.  Displays a thorough understanding of what drives profitability.  Maintains a market-focused approach to business.  Keeps an overall big picture understanding of the business and its interrelationships enabling a person to make better business decisions.  The ability to make good business judgments and quick decisions in a manner that is likely to lead to a good outcome
  • Strong analytical skills - Reviewing quantitative or conceptual problems and situations, and drawing appropriate and valid conclusions from data presented, sifting through data to determine the most significant elements. Identifying common elements and themes in situations and actions, recognizing cause and effect relationships.
  • Communication skills to uncover opportunities and lead engagements, be able to present to peers and senior leaders
  • Data Visualization: Applied knowledge of Visualization, techniques for creating images, diagrams, or animations to communicate a message.
  • Solid background in business analysis, marketing and sales
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerBI & PowerPoint and working with and understanding analytical tools
  • Project management experience
  • Experience of working in multi-disciplinary programs and teams, from start to implementation and delivering results
  • 3+ years working experience
  • Experience with Digital tools (Order platforms, Apps, performance tools) and Google Analytics 
  • Skills in process development and management
  • Preference for experience in commercial, marketing and Order to Cash activities
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP, SAP Business Warehouse & CRM Microsoft Dynamics
  • English (fluent)
