Summary:
In this highly visible role, you will use your excellent time management and multi-tasking skills to support and work with the top leadership.
Primary Responsibilities:
- · Handling communication with key internal and external parties, demonstrating an awareness of time-sensitive issues, and prioritizing accordingly
- · Coordinating meetings and managing calendars for multiple executives with, at times, competing priorities; reacting and adjusting quickly when scheduling changes must be made
- · Planning and arranging business travel including flights, hotels, and other arrangements
- · Coordinating regional or departmental meetings and communicating details to participants
- · Developing visual communication packages for team meetings, webcasts, and global leadership teams
- · Owning departmental intranet landing page, security access, and document storage for commercial materials
- · Building reports and presentations as needed to support the executive team
- · Using standard reporting tools to create routine presentations as needed
Education & Experience:
- · Associate or bachelors’ degree (Business, Marketing, or Communications degree preferred)
- · Five (5) years minimum experience supporting C Suite executives
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- · Excellent written and verbal skills
- · High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office with an advanced level of knowledge with MS Excel
- · Ability to work collaboratively with other department assistants and business leaders
- · Ability to be resourceful and proactive
- · Demonstrated organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
