- Operating the SAM tool ServiceNow SAM Pro.
- Showcasing knowledge of enterprise software license agreements (including perpetual, subscription, and cloud models), supplier licensing terms and conditions for suppliers such as Microsoft, SAP, ServiceNow, IBM, etc.
- Driving operational software cost avoidance and cost savings.
- Process improvement skills (ISO19770-1);
- Implementing and executing Software Asset Management (SAM) policies, processes, and industry leading practices; Analyzing and problem solving.
- Implementing/executing Software Asset Management (SAM) policies, processes, work instructions based on industry leading best practices.
- Establishing SAM system operations, enhancements, data integrity, identifying and resolving data anomalies and inconsistencies.
For contract management:
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting, assist procurement with negotiation, execution, and renewal.
- Review and evaluate contract terms and conditions, identifying potential risks and suggesting improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define contract objectives and requirements.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients, suppliers, and other parties, ensuring favorable outcomes for the organization.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies throughout the contract process.
- Monitor contract performance and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Resolve contract disputes and manage contract changes, including amendments and extensions.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, correspondence, and related documentation.
