Team Lead Process Analytics Engineers

Location: Gothenburg or Deventer 

 

Your challenge as a Team Lead Process Analytics Engineers:

Leverage automation and analytics capabilities within team and beyond. Utilize and further develop Nouryon digital tools and competences to identify and capture opportunities. Driving digital transformation by acting role models in data driven methodologies for continuous improvement.

 

You will:

  • Lead and develop team skills to deliver growth, savings, and capability.
  • Contribute to extracting value through ISC Digital strategy/Roadmap.
  • Deliver tangible outcome from automation/control and digital initiatives.
  • Align with ISC objectives.
  • Coordinate resources and efforts within team(s) across multiple regions and align with objectives.
  • Manage and govern stakeholder engagement in selected regions (ISC).
  • Create and deploy relevant(new) methodologies to drive growth/VMC grounded in L6S and use of new/existing digital tools and automation.
  • Through digital data mining, collect, interpret, and report manufacturing process related data.
  • Provide insights from quantitative and qualitative data analysis by means of periodical and ad hoc reports and/or analyses.
  • (Co)develop, implement and/or optimize work processes, techniques and systems related to manufacturing data systems.
  • Identifies shortcomings in current reporting methods, data systems and corresponding procedures; proposes and (where possible) implements alternatives.
  • Take part in digital platform management to ensure data/KPI quality.
  • Cooperate, participate and collaborate with wider team in PA&D and ISC/sites initiatives.

Have you got what it takes? 

To be eligible for this position, you bring preferably at least 5 years of experience in chemical, or related field. Experience in leading people and initiatives/projects.

 

Furthermore, you have/are:

  • Master’s degree in chemical engineering.
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written, presentation skills are an advantage.
  • Open to innovation, change and ability to work in a flexible work environment.
  • Able to impart knowledge and learn quickly.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Respects core values, able to work discretely with confidential information.
  • Team player, contributes to team’s ability to reach maximum performance.
  • Able to effectively interact with all levels in the organization.
  • High integrity and responsible in actions.
  • Good skills in cross functional cooperation and team work as well as being able to take individual initiatives and perform in dept investigation using digital tooling (data scientist and data analyst).

  • Being able to handle multi-cultural and diverse environments.
  • Focused on performance results.
  • Excellent technical and/or managerial skills.
