Nouryon has an outstanding opportunity for a Global Process Excellence Leader- Prospect to Order in Houston, Texas.
This position is responsible for implementing, supporting, and maintaining the Prospect to Order processes for a global instance of SAP ECC. This role requires extensive SAP Sales & Distribution module knowledge, including best business practices. This role’s critical focus areas include pricing administration, customer master data, order readiness, and e-capabilities (solutions).
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, understand, and document business objectives, specifications, and requirements on the project, based on a solid understanding of business requirements.
- Design, develop, and deliver continuous improvement and interface with related functions
- Develop and maintain process descriptions (Business Process Mapping) in cooperation with OTC Global Process Owner
- Partner with IM to effectively deliver holistic solutions combining business process and technology enablement
- Initiate & lead continuous improvement initiatives, incl. change management
- Enhancing and consulting on individual and team performance KPI’s
- Creating, executing, and documenting tests as per the updated procedure
- Participating in identifying configuration changes per marketing and sales CAB meeting
Key Activities
- Continuous improvement for pricing administration, e-capabilities, customer master data, and order readiness
- Develop and maintain process descriptions
- Initiate and lead Continuous improvement initiatives, change management
- Key-User for Customer Service
- Key user for (SAP, SAP BPA, Customer Portal, and Digital Archiving)
- Review and support/continuous improvement KPI reporting
- Training of users
- Share best practices across regions
- Assure all working procedures are documented and maintained, and the staff is trained.
- Support new process implementation
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar area of focus preferred or equivalent work experience
- Must have worked for large organizations on large complex projects.
- Minimum 8+ Years of SAP experience in SAP SCM, Sales & Distribution, and good exposure to inbound and outbound end-to-end processing.
- 5-7 years proven in customer service experience, master data, pricing, and/or order readiness in a complex service environment. Demonstrate a history of growing scope and responsibilities. Demonstrated leadership skills required.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.) and other forms of technology related to his/her job; keeps up to date on technological changes; adapts work approach to keep pace with innovations in technology
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills required
