JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Managers & Director for Commercial Growth Accelerator in the development and implementation of processes in and across businesses, businesses lines, functions and work streams
- Support & manage implementation of the Commercial Growth Accelerator capabilities such as; marketing, value proposition, key account management, go to market, opportunity management, margin management, pricing management, cost-to-serve
- Lead projects, trainings or specific sessions with the businesses
- Identify business improvement opportunities within the areas of Commercial Growth Accelerator (Go To Market and Margin Management), enabled by Digital, CRM, Learning & Development
- Perform diagnostics and complexity reduction through data gathering, validation, modelling and analysis transfer into easy-to-comprehend insights compiled in professional presentations
- Create and improve repeatable modelling approaches & analysis to help identify growth opportunities and support the business growth strategy and target
- Facilitate meetings, workshops and challenges business to take actions toward growth
- Identify, report and discuss key issues and develop action plans with the Commercial Growth Accelerator Managers*
- Adapt and maintain tools related to Commercial Growth Accelerator, Digital and CRM
- Continuously develop the commercial & marketing capabilities based on new insights and through adoption of the Commercial Growth Accelerator playbook
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Engineering, Business, Finance or related field. Advanced Degree's is an asset
- Three (3) years of experience working in multi-disciplinary programs and teams, from start to implementation and delivering results complimented by experience with Digital tools (Order platforms, Apps, performance tools) and Google Analytics
- Previous Project Management experience
- Demonstrated knowledge in business analysis, marketing and sales. Previous experience in commercial, marketing and Order to Cash activities preferred
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Applied knowledge of Visualization, techniques for creating images, diagrams, or animations to communicate a message.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to uncover opportunities and lead engagements. Must be comfortable presenting data to peers and senior leaders
- Knowledge of SAP ERP, SAP Business Warehouse & CRM Microsoft Dynamics. Proficient in Excel, PowerBI & PowerPoint and working with and understanding analytical tools
