• We are looking for Infrastructure Network Engineer who will oversee IT Infrastructure Services across Brazil and Mexico to join our team of Changemakers. Does that sound like you?

About the job

As the Infrastructure Network Engineer, you will ensure the provisioning of IT Infrastructure Services across Brazil and Mexico, maintain a fit-for-purpose infrastructure, and drive continuous improvements. You will manage service performance, operational delivery, and work within agreed budgets.

In your future role as Infrastructure Network Engineer you will:

• Oversee and monitor infrastructure performance, addressing risks and issues proactively.
• Manage network services, including configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of routers, switches, and access points.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL Service Level Management objectives and participate in Security and Risk Management activities.
• Collaborate with local and global teams to support and upgrade IT infrastructure 

We believe you bring

• Cisco Certification CCNA or CCNP required.
• Proven operational experience in IT Infrastructure support with proficiency in Local and Wide Area Networks.Language 
• Fluent in English (written and oral)
• Experience with Cisco and Aruba Network Equipment, and network monitoring tools like SolarWinds and RSA

Great if you have

• Experience with Cisco IPT.
• Additional certifications in network technologies.
• Knowledge of advanced network protocols and design

• Detail-oriented with strong technical design skills.
• Effective in problem-solving and driving improvements in infrastructure.
