Executive Compensation Manager
About the job:
Nouryon’s Radnor, PA location is looking for top candidates to fill the key role of Executive Compensation Manager. This position is essential to:
Managing the ongoing administration of Nouryon’s executive compensation programs.
In your future role as an Executive Compensation Manager, you will:
- Proactively manage the overall activities of equity compensation administration.
- Manage the relationship and serve as the main point of contact with third-party equity plan administrator to ensure company and participant service levels are met.
- Process and monitor equity award activity, including grants and grant agreements, vesting, award exercises and employee terminations.
- Oversee integrity of plan participant and equity data, ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate including data integrations with third party vendors.
- Perform timely reconciliations of data on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Evaluates changes in global, federal and state regulations and securities laws; determines impacts to existing processes and implements changes to ensure on-going compliance.
- Serve as main point of contact for executive level query and resolution for all Total Rewards inquiries involving short and long-term incentives, health, welfare and retirement programs.
- Provide excellent customer service to plan participants at all levels and to partners across departments and respond quickly to employee questions.
- Regularly conduct audits, analysis, and reconciliations, working with large data sets, data edits and complex calculations.
- Support the Global Rewards team on various projects, reports and analysis.
We Believe You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in broad-based and executive compensation with particular experience working with long-term incentive plans and stock plan administration.
- Demonstrated ability to work through complex challenges to achieve solutions; build and sustain collaborative cross functional relationships at multiple levels in the organization.

This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to the Vice President, Total Rewards, based in Radnor, PA.
