Responsibilities
- Provide technical/technological expertise support in the daily operations
- Provide facilitative leadership to the Operators in problem resolution using simplified Root Cause Analysis.
- Role as Operation Asset Expert in ALPS, Ensure quality and completeness of AUM/PEM data.
- Role as PGR and ad-hoc RCPS process owner to drive continuous improvement.
- Involving with process engineer to do modification and new projects to improve operability, technical performance , energy efficiency, process safety, equipment reliability to keep plant running at high performance.
- As Training program facilitator in production team.
- Operational Excellence and improvement
- Fully support shift team to adjustment parameter with different products.
- Monitor and validate AUM and PEM data.
- Ensures measuring systems and calculation conventions are in place to generate production loss data.
- Evaluates production loss data and ensures completeness and quality of data. Ensures the allocation of production gains/losses into the Operations units, Categories, Factors, and Systems in the AUM/PEM Database is accurate and complete.
- Uses access to production and loss data to initiate short cycle improvements;
- First line support to production teams on technical and technology; liaison to deeper expertise (technology) where needed;
- First escalation for gap resolution in production. Supports problem solving in production with deep plant know-how and by facilitative coaching of RCPSs.

- Tracing the standard documents of SOP, EOP, ERP for operation.
- Responsible for trouble shooting, process optimization and MOC from process team
- Based on the plant turnaround schedule, implement shutdown and startup plan, leading activities in related area, including procedures and isolation plan, risk analysis, progress and quality control;
- Cooperate with Production Planner to distribute production plan into daily instruction, support and guide operation team to do process adjustment based on instruction;
- Give assistant to operation team for troubleshooting from process, automation control, electrical, equipment,
- Back-up of production manager and maintenance coordinator;
- Lead for training program to support shift team
- Setup the training system and tracking process, partly hold training courses in the process area; create and keep updating training materials; encourage and support PE and operations learning by the WALP program.
- Back up of production coordinator to support shift team, and Know-how of the responsibility of maintenance coordinator
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above;
- Have >5Y relevant working experience in the chemical industry.
- Fluent English communication both in oral and written
- Preferable chemical process background and DCS knowledge.
- Good communication skill& interpersonal skill
- Should possess proven working knowledge regarding QHSE issues, he/she should be team player, self-starter, result oriented, quality committed, and proactive. Furthermore, strong work ethic, good organizational skills, set priorities and use time effectively to accomplish tasks, and basic computer skills.
- Knowledge regarding both ERP (SAP) and MES systems are advantageous
- Preferable L6sixgam experience.
