Process ANalytics Engineer

The position will be located at a ISC manufacturing site typically as a Process Engineer

  • Will be working in the GMT program during GMT deployments
  • The position is part of the Digital Technology organization aimed at utilizing digital tools and data analytics to capture operational drive operational improvement
  • The position will cooperate and collaborate with the BA ALPS and CI team when it comes to deliver support for data analysis and validation on manufacturing sites
  • Through digital data mining, collect, interpret and report manufacturing process related data
  • Provide insights from quantitative and qualitative data analysis by means of periodical and ad hoc reports and/or analyses.
  • (Co)develop, implement and/or optimize work processes, techniques and systems related to manufacturing data systems
  • Formulate and present possible (process and content) solution directions and issue advice at request or at own initiative based on own experience
  • Identifies shortcomings in current reporting methods, data systems and corresponding procedures; proposes and (where possible) implements alternatives

  • Being able to understand the challenges of chemical manufacturing and with the use of Data, Tools and Processes provide the organization with Digital Capabilities to solve issues and improve productivity
  • Collaborate with several different functions such as BU ISC, GMT Program and CI programs to both implement new digital tools as well as building digital capabilities within the (site) organization.

Job Requirements

  • Academic level, position for ambitious person with minimum of five years of experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English both   verbal and written, presentation skills are an advantage
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, both verbal and in writing, advanced fluency in English required
  • Open to innovation, change and ability to work in a flexible work environment
  • Able to impart knowledge and learn quickly
  • Strong computer skills
