Key Activities
- Follow up on the cylinder service agreements (CSA) violations - for all countries within the region and maintain CSAs database;
- Monitor CSAs to be in place for all sales orders;
- Manage fleet planning at customer (timing shipments to customers, contract fulfilment, update return orders);
- Be involved in investigation on CRM Cases on Fleet issues;
- Balance outgoing fleet orders with corresponding return orders and instruct the customer service Hub to correct or agree;
- Customer interactions related to fleet orders and returns;
- Coordinate the fleet availability with fleet planning;
- Communicates with customers on fleet status (status of the return);
- Communicates with Nouryon logistics Hub Team on fleet status;
- Investigate and solve issues along the global fleet return
- Work with regional fleet planner to balance fleet availability within region
- Coordinates with Convoy Hub team to make sure all return empty fleets are cleared customs and return to sites on time in compliance;
- Calculates fleet charges (rental/demurrage) based on Cylinder Service Agreements (CSAs) and fleet availability and Sales Quotation; Instruct CS Hub to invoice;
- Coordinates return with customer or with satellite CS (local language coverage)
- Updates/complete return order with date / rate (“DAP” destination harbor)
- Requests transport contract for Nouryon paid return with transport procurement Coordinates practical transport related issues with convoy hub
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering or Chemistry degree preferred.
- 3 -5 years or more in Customer Service or Sales Support experience in manufacturing and/or logistics preferred
- Fluent in English
- Preferably experienced with CRM
- Understanding of manufacture business environments and workflows.
- Strong oral and written communications skills, customer focused, result oriented, an effective team player, information synthesis and efficient problem solving required.
- Knowledge of SAP, preferably in Sales and Distribution
