As Cyber Security Project Manager you have full responsibility for initiating, planning and executing of projects with a focus on improving Cyber Security for our IT and OT (Operational Technology), on our sites and offices. You are end-to-end responsible for the successful delivery of projects, managing different types of project teams within the boundaries of agreed scope, quality, time and cost. Your challenge as a Cyber Security Project Manager
As a Cyber Security Project Manager, you realize impactful projects that improve our Cyber Security and IT services in general.

 

•You are end-to-end responsible for the successful delivery of Cyber Security projects or where relevant other IT projects that you are interested in or have experience with.
•The scope of the projects covers all IT domains, from business applications to IT infrastructure, from IT services delivery to supplier management.
•As Nouryon operates internationally the scope of the work is international as well. You will, often remotely, involve and collaborate with stakeholders from different businesses and global functions, liaise with senior management, lead distributed project team resources and (IT/OT) suppliers, align with other roles in the Information Management function and track progress against often challenging deadlines and budgets.

Have you got what it takes?
To be eligible for this challenging position, you bring a demonstrable 10+ years experience of working in IT and OT project delivery environments, of which at least 3 years as end-responsible IT Project Manager of complex, Cyber Security related, IT and OT projects in a international setting with a wide range of internal stakeholders and external IT suppliers. We consider experience in the chemicals business as a bonus.

 

Next to this, you:
•Have at least a Bachelor’s degree or a comparable, demonstrable professional level through work experience.
•Have proven experience with Cyber Security concepts and frameworks, e.g. NIST CSF, CISSP certification is an advantage.
•Have knowledge of and experience with project management methodologies such as PMBoK (PMI). Experience with ServiceNow and SAP is an advantage.
•Are a well-organized, positive, and self-motivated motivator of teams, able to keep financial, administrative, and procedural aspects of your projects in good shape.
•Have demonstrated leadership qualities, politically and culturally sensitive, with highly developed communication and influencing skills, and an inclusive approach to building partnerships, comfortable with interactions at all levels of management.
•Possess excellent English speaking, reading and writing skills.
•Have willingness to work outside regular office hours. Due to the international nature of the projects you frequently need to be in touch with stakeholders in other time zones. Travel can be expected up to of 20% of your time.
