Global Sales Coordinator (9925):

In your future role as Global Sales Coordinator you will:

• Service existing accounts and seek new customers, focusing on both polymer and non-polymeric applications. Provide market insights to commercial management.
• Develop existing business relationships and manage pricing effectively.
• Expand customer base through prospecting and technical sales approaches.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Create and execute annual sales plans aligned with company strategy.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and meet budgetary goals.
• Conduct regular customer calls and follow up on leads promptly.

We believe you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish is a must.
• Sales or account management experience, preferably in the polymer industry.
• Proficiency in cold calling and client engagement.
• Strong technical understanding of polymer and specialty chemicals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Proficient in market analysis and feedback provision.
• Effective customer relationship management and complaint resolution.
• Results-oriented with the capability to meet sales targets.
• Familiarity with sales forecasting tools.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
