Cadox® M-30a VR can be used in place of Cadox® M-50a or Cadox® M-50a VR wherever a more dilute solution of methyl ethyl ketone peroxide (MEKP) is desired. Cadox® M-30a VR is a special purpose ‘summer catalyst’ for use in warmer shop environments. Cadox® M-30a VR offers all the advantages of a red MEKP, except red parts. The VR series of products includes a red indicator system that virtually disappears during cure. The red is there when you need it, but not in the finished product.
