Trigonox® 75 is a methyl ethyl ketone peroxide formulation for the curing of unsaturated polyester resins in the presence of a cobalt accelerator at room and elevated temperatures. In thin laminates up to approx. 4 mm Trigonox® 75 performs comparable with Butanox M-50, however, in thicker laminates up to approx. 10 mm Trigonox® 75 gives a reduced peak exotherm at equal gel time and curing time. Therefore, Trigonox® 75 is suitable for the cure of both thin and thick sections in one particular product.
