Our new name and heritage

Our new name is inspired by two of our company's many pioneers: Jan Nourij and Gerrit van der Lande. They continue to inspire us to this day.

The company’s management and supervision structure is organized in a two-tier system. This means the Board of Management is accountable for its performance to a separate and independent Supervisory Board, while the Executive Committee members report to the CEO.
