Ethical business conduct is a core element of our growth strategy and is reflected in our company values: we aim high, we own it and we do it right. Our commitment to ethical business practices is outlined in the Code of Conduct and Ethics and the Business Partner Code of Conduct. If you have questions about either code, please contact us.
If you believe our Code of Conduct and Ethics has been, is being or may be violated, we encourage you to report your concerns. Submit a report through the Speak Up! Ethics Hotline.

Our materiality assessment identifies the environmental, social and governance topics that are most important to our business and stakeholders, including health and safety, climate change, energy use and greenhouse gas emissions. Nouryon holds multiple International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC PLUS) certifications across its global manufacturing network. These certifications verify the use of bio-based, bio-circular and renewable feedstocks, supporting the production of lower-carbon chemical alternatives without compromising product performance.
We publish an annual Sustainability Report and accompanying data fact sheet aligned with Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) disclosure standards. The report also includes reporting aligned with the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) framework. ERM CVS provides limited assurance on selected report data.
