Project Control Specialist 

Location: Gothenburg, Sweden

Eka Engineering is looking for a full-time Project Control Specialist to join our team in Gothenburg, reporting to the Manager Eka Engineering.  

About the job 

Eka Engineering is the engineering and contracting division of our bleaching chemicals business. We design, build, upgrade, and service chlorine dioxide plants and equipment for the global pulp and chemical industries. Our team delivers turnkey projects, plant upgrades, and lifecycle services using industry-leading technology and project management expertise.  

In your future role as Project Control Specialist you will:

• Support financial control and reporting of international engineering projects. 

• Create and maintain project structures in SAP. 

• Track project costs, budgets, forecasts, and monthly reporting. 

• Support project reviews and project accounting activities. 

• Provide cost center reporting and financial analysis? 

• Act as a key SAP user and support process improvements. 

• Coordinate purchasing, time reporting, travel arrangements, and general administrative support for the engineering organization. 

We believe you bring 

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent. 

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a project-based international environment. 

• Strong SAP or ERP system experience. 

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills. 

• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office. 

• Fluent in Swedish and English. 

• A proactive, structured, and collaborative team player.
