Nouryon signs agreement to divest Salt Specialties business to Salins Group

Nouryon signed an agreement to divest its Salt Specialties business, including brands such as JOZO, NEZO, Suprasel, Sanal, and KNZ to the Salins Group, an international salt company headquartered in France. The closing of this transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, regulatory approvals and subject to completion of the works council process.
