Alcoflow® 275 polymer is a very low-molecular-weight, partially neutralized polycarboxylate for produced water scale control. It inhibits barium sulfate and strontium sulfate, and controls calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate, particularly in high-calcium, high-TDS brines where other chemistries can precipitate. It is compatible with all but the most extreme brines, blends with corrosion inhibitors, and is thermally stable. Applied topside, including seawater or produced water re-injection.
