    For Polymer Production: polymerization of rheology polypropylene: Trigonox 101 is an efficient peroxide for the degradation of polypropylene (CR-PP) in the temperature range of 200-250°C. For Crosslinking: Trigonox 101 is a bifunctional peroxide which is used for the crosslinking of natural rubber and synthetic rubbers, as well as polyolefins. Rubber compounds containing Trigonox 101 have excellent scorch safety, and under certain conditions one step mixing is possible. Safe processing temperature: 135°C (rheometer ts2 > 20 min.). Typical crosslinking temperature: 175°C (rheometer t90 about 12 min.). For Poly(meth)acrylics: Trigonox 101 is a special purpose high temperature initiator for the curing of unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester and acrylic thermosetting resins in the temperature range of 100-140°C.
