About the job

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Process Engineer to join our operations team. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, process optimization, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a business-oriented mindset, driving efficiency, safety, and profitability.

In your future role as Process Engineer you will

• Analyze, monitor, and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost performance.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-based decision-making.
• Prepare and present executive-level reports with actionable insights.
• Develop, update, and standardize operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
• Conduct root cause problem solving analysis (RCPS), cause mapping, and problem-solving activities to eliminate process inefficiencies and failures.
• Lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with operations, maintenance, quality, and other departments.
• Train plant personnel on process standards, and continuous improvement practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce waste, and increase overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

We believe you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
• 3–5 years of experience in process engineering within chemical or manufacturing plants.
• Strong knowledge of process optimization, data analysis, and industrial operations.
• Experience with KPI management, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Proven ability to lead projects and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Solid problem-solving skills, including experience with root cause analysis methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively and respectfully with all levels of the organization.
• Fluent or proficient in English

Great if you have

• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is desirable (not mandatory).
