In your future role as Business Process Lead you will

  • Drive and deliver continuous improvement including change management within prospect to order and interface with related functions such as logistics, planning a customer service
  • Develop and maintain process descriptions (Business Process Mapping) in coordination with PTO and OTC GPO
  • Creating, executing and documenting tests as per updated procedure
  • Provide root cause investigation and recommend/implement corrective actions.
  • Provide hands-on participation on cross-functional project teams in the development of new enhancement. The job will include any necessary tasks, including documentation and verification of final solution.
  • Lead pricing execution process improvement between and within CRM and SAP
  • Lead customer rebate process within SAP
  • Master Data SME for SAP Customer Master
  • Lead efforts to ensure compliance including SOX (segregation of duties, appropriate controls, etc.)
  • Key-User for Sales Support
    • Key user for (SAP, SAP BPA, Customer Portal and Digital Archiving)
    • Review and support/continuous improvement KPI reporting
    • Training of users
    • Share best practices across business lines/regions
  • Assure all working procedures are documented, maintained and staff is trained.

We believe you bring

  • Deep experience of SAP, Sales & Distribution and with good exposure to inbound and outbound end to end processing.
  • Good experience of Pricing execution and customer rebates within SAP
  • Demonstrate history of growing scope and responsibilities. 
  • Strong Microsoft office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)

Great if you have

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar area of focus
  • Deep experience of customer service in a complex service environment.
  • Deep experience of SAP SCM
  • Experience from large organizations and large complex projects
