• Accelerators We supply complex-based metal accelerators that enhance VE resin curing and significantly reduce gel time drift. They can also cure (meth)acrylate resins, providing an alternative to traditional benzoyl peroxide/amine systems, where amine accelerators are typically used to cure standard thermoset resins.
• Next generation accelerators Our Nouryact® cobalt-free accelerators, based on copper, manganese and iron, offer an alternative to conventional cobalt-based accelerators while maintaining existing cycle times and mechanical properties.
• Promoters The reactivity of cobalt-based accelerators can be enhanced with Promotor™ C or Promotor™ D. These promoters shorten gel time and speed up curing of unsaturated polyester (UP) and vinyl ester (VE) resins when used with ketone peroxide/cobalt or peroxyester/cobalt systems at both ambient and elevated temperatures.
• Inhibitors In selected regions, we supply inhibitors for processing UP, VE and (meth)acrylate resins. These radical scavengers extend gel time and pot life in curing systems.
