Under our main product brand Levasil^®, we offer several grades of fluid, low viscosity colloidal silica dispersions.

The Levasil portfolio offers a wide range of particle size, surface areas, structure, concentration, pH, surface charge and surface modification which allows us to deliver the perfect colloidal silica product for your application. Just to give you an idea:

By adding Levasil^® colloidal silica, you can improve anti-soiling properties in coatings such as silicate paints and elastomeric cool roof coatings.
In catalyst manufacturing. Levasil^® CA provides advantages such as extended lifetime and higher productivity.
In construction - Levasil^® CB is excellent for use underground thanks to its high ground consolidation and water sealing capabilities.
In agriculture and beverage production, Levasil® colloidal silica is used as a plant nutrient and biostimulant to improve crop resilience and yield, and as a clarifying and stabilizing agent for beverages such as wine, cider, champagne, and beer.

Levasil colloidal silica

Levasil CA421 PNH

Levasil® CA421 PNH is an alkaline, aqueous dispersion of colloidal silica that is approximately 40% solids by weight. The silica dispersion is ammonia stabilized and the amorphous silica particles carry a negative surface charge. The silica particles are discrete, have a slightly uneven, spherical shape, and are present in a narrow particle size distribution. The physical appearance of the dispersion is a translucent liquid, slightly more viscous than water with the recognizable smell of ammonia. Levasil® CA421 PNH is produced for world-wide distribution.

Levasil CB30

Levasil® CB30 is an alkaline, aqueous dispersion of colloidal silica that is approximately 30% solids by weight. The silica dispersion is sodium stabilized and the amorphous silica particles carry a negative surface charge. The silica particles are discrete, have a slightly uneven, spherical shape, and are present in a narrow particle size distribution. The physical appearance of the dispersion is a translucent liquid, slightly more viscous than water. Levasil® CB30 is produced for world-wide distribution.

Levasil colloidal silica

Levasil CC301

Levasil® CC301 is a neutral, aqueous dispersion of colloidal silica that is approximately 30% solids by weight. The silica dispersion is sterically stabilized and the amorphous silica particles carry a negative surface charge. The silica particles are discrete, have a smooth, spherical shape, and are present in a narrow particle size distribution. The particles have also been surface modified with an epoxy silane. “Hydroxyl number” for 2-pack systems; 0.45 mole OH/kg product. The physical appearance of the dispersion is a clear liquid, slightly more viscous than water. Levasil® CC301 is produced for world-wide distribution.

Levasil colloidal silica

Levasil SP3089

Levasil® SP3089 is an alkaline, aqueous dispersion of colloidal silica that is approximately 50% solids by weight. The silica dispersion is sodium stabilized and the amorphous silica particles carry a negative surface charge. The silica particles are discrete, have a smooth, spherical shape, and are present in a wide particle size distribution. The physical appearance of the dispersion is a white liquid, slightly more viscous than water. Levasil® SP3089 is produced for world-wide distribution.
