Global Polymer Summit

Louisville, KY, USA

The Global Polymer Summit is the most valuable destination for attendees to expand their network, learn from experts and explore business opportunities. The merging of the International Elastomer Conference (IEC) and the International Tire Exposition & Conference (ITEC) into one creates an event where all the best companies and programming will be together in one location. It bridges the tire and rubber industries through comprehensive technical programming, engaging discussions and a dynamic all-in-one event. More information about the summit, visit the event's page.

This year, Aniruddha (Andy) Palsule, PhD, our Technical Development Manager for crosslinking peroxides will be speaking about reducing the Payne effect in carbon black filled tire elastomers. The process involves using organic peroxides in a reactive compounding process and does not interfere with the traditional sulfur cure chemistry utilized in these systems. This development has the potential to lower the rolling resistance of tires with only a minor change in the formulations.

Join this session if you want to:
  • Reduce rolling resistance in your formulations
  • Improve performance without disrupting sulfur cure systems
  • Explore reactive compounding using organic peroxides
The approach works alongside existing curing chemistry. It requires only minor formulation adjustments. This means you can improve performance without rethinking your entire process.

We look forward to meeting you there!
