Alcosperse® 726 is a patented hydrophobically modified copolymer developed to function as a hydrotrope and improve soil release properties. The polymer consists of carboxylated and non-carboxylated monomers combining hydrophobic character, aromatic structure and high charge density. This combination gives Alcosperse® 726 multifunctional performance characteristics providing detergency improvement, hydrotropic effects, increased cloud point of nonionic surfactants, outstanding hydrolytic stability and unprecedented surfactant compatibility.
