• We are looking for a Marketing Manager Intermediates who is responsible for contributing to the development and execution of marketing strategies for the Intermediates product lines within Intermediates business line. You will join our team of Changemakers. Does that sound like you? 
• This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, pricing strategy, and customer engagement to drive business growth.

About the job

Successful execution of this role requires thorough understanding of our product portfolio, and footprint, while executing marketing activities. In this global role you will work across regions, US, EU and Asia. It’s a unique opportunity.

In your future role as “Marketing Manager Intermediates” you will

• Be an active member of the Global Marketing team, support the Global Marketing Director - Leverage opportunities, trends, marketing tools across regions.
• Assist in formulating and implementing the global marketing strategy for Intermediates product lines.
• Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics. Collaborate with the Market Intelligence team to gather and synthesize market intelligence.
• Support the pricing strategy and ensure in its execution across all sales regions.
• Drive commercial excellence by helping implement tools and processes to enhance sales effectiveness.

We believe you bring

• Higher education degree in marketing, or chemistry, chemical engineering, or business/engineering-related studies
• Decent experience in sales, marketing or product management roles with a background in the chemical industry

• Commercial mindset, negotiation skills, especially in sales contexts. Solid theoretical understanding and experience of marketing concepts.

• Fluency in English
• Experience in a multi-cultural and global organization

Good to know

This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to Charlie Song, Global Marketing Director Intermediates and based in Amersfoort, the Netherlands.

For this position travel is required.
