About the job

The SAP Specialist – Finance will be part of the Finance domain. He/she will report into the Delivery manager – Finance within the IM – AMS Finance department and work closely with the application managers and solution architects.

In your future role as “SAP Finance Application Specialist” you will

• Supports Incident and Change management around SAP Finance applications
• Provides solutions that are compatible with the existing (technical and functional) architecture to ensure compliance with strategy, policy, guidelines, budget, and operational supportability. 
• Ensures quality and consistency with functional template design for deployments.
• Monitors the market to gain knowledge and understanding of currently emerging 
• technologies in own area of expertise. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with functional, commercial and plant 
• controllers (globally) and becomes a trusted advisor for business processes covered in own area of expertise. 
• Participate in projects covering the SAP FICO domain including 
• integration with other SAP modules and applications.

• Good communicator and influencer: Ability to influence internal and external parties
• and communicate clearly in at different levels. Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Used to working in a global environment and familiar with regional specifics. 
• Ability to rapidly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new trends and 
• technologies, especially in the SAP ecosystem. 
• Solves problems using knowledge, experience, and analysis of available 
• information. 
• Broad knowledge and experience of architecture, technology platforms and 
• business domains with relevant experience in SAP FICO
• (Expertise area: international taxation, Controlling, Project System, Product Costing,
•  Profitability analysis, Vertex, VIM, P2P process and Finance – Integration with other
•  SD/ MM etc..). 
• Hands-on experience in SAP FICO projects and programs.
  
  

Great if you have

• Experienced professional with 7–10 years of expertise in Brazilian and international taxation, including deep knowledge of Brazil’s local tax regulations (such as the Brazil Tax Reform, Nota Fiscal, and Vertex). Skilled in Controlling, Project System, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, and the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process. Strong background in Finance integration across SAP modules including SD and MM.etc.
