About the job

This position plays a central role in safeguarding the quality, regulatory integrity, sustainability positioning, and operational support of the cellulosics portfolio, while enabling the business to respond effectively to customer needs and internal requirements.

In your future role as Product Specialist Cellulosics you will

• Act as a key point of contact for customer, regulatory, and sustainability-related inquiries, providing accurate and timely product information.
• Collaborate closely with Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs (PSRA) to maintain product registrations and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
• Create, update, and maintain product statements related to regulatory compliance, ecolabels, and sustainability attributes.
• Monitor regulatory and ecolabel developments and assess their impact on products, customers, and business continuity.
• Support product life cycle management activities, including product introductions, changes, rationalization, and discontinuations.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of product data, specifications, and technical/commercial documentation across systems.
• Act as an interface between commercial, operational, and technical teams to align on product-related priorities and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain functions to manage product specifications, quality topics, and supply continuity risks.

We believe you bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 experience in product management, technical service, regulatory support, operations, supply chain, or commercial support within chemicals, specialties, or adjacent industries
• Experience working with product data, specifications, compliance documentation, and cross-functional processes is strongly preferred.

Great if you have

• Knowledge and experience with cellulose ethers or relevant specialty chemical products.
