HR Director, Europe and ISC Western Europe

• We are looking for an HR Director, Europe and ISC Western Europe who brings significant HR Leadership experience, familiar with a manufacturing organization and deep knowledge of European labor laws and works council environment. Does that sound like you?

About the job

You will drive and execute HR strategic projects in line with our people agenda. In this role you will have personnel responsibility for all Site HRBPs in Western Europe. This area includes all European countries, apart from the Nordics region. You will be the Business Partner for the VP of Operations in Europe and will work very closely with the Country President and Country Leadership team of the Netherlands, being part of the staff and a trust HR advisor to this senior leader.

In your future role as HR Director, Europe and ISC Western Europe you will

• Develop and execute the European people strategy
• Partner with regional executives to drive organizational design & workforce planning
• Ensure compliance with European labor laws, works councils and unions
• Leadership for HR activities across the region
• Partner with Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Leadership
• Lead cultural transformation initiatives

We believe you bring

• Progressive HR leadership experience, including regional / multi-country responsibilities
• Strong background in Supply chain or Manufacturing
• Strong background in Dutch HR; employment law, collective labor agreements
• Fluency in English and Dutch
• Hands-on personality
