About the job 

As an Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production with us at Site Rjukan. You will monitor and operate production processes, perform quality checks and laboratory analyses, manage raw materials, and collaborate with colleagues across production, maintenance, and quality to support operational excellence and continuous improvement. You will be part of a close and very collaborate team of approx.14 colleges supporting and learning from each other.

 

In your future role as Process Operator you will

  • Operate and monitor the production process using MES/iFIX and the operating order book.
  • Perform routine process and raw material analyses to ensure product quality and safe production.
  • Receive, sample and manage raw materials, including inventory control and stock follow-up.
  • Carry out operational and preventive maintenance tasks in collaboration with the maintenance team.
  • Ensure a safe, clean and organized workplace by following 5S standards and handling waste management.
  • Work in accordance with GMP requirements, participate in GMP training, and contribute to continuous improvement activities.

 

We believe you bring

  • At least 2 years of upper secondary school in the field of machine/process
  • Certificate in the field of chemistry/process.
  • Training in HSE required
  • Relevant GMP training
