Do You Enjoy Coordination & Problem-Solving? Become Our REACH Coordinator!

Are you someone who enjoys connecting the dots, building relationships, and making complex things run smoothly behind the scenes? Do you thrive in a role where structure, service mindset and problem-solving are just as important as technical expertise?

We are now looking for a REACH & Regulatory Coordinator to join our PSRA team in Gothenburg – a role where you will act as a central point of contact between internal stakeholders, suppliers, customers and regulatory frameworks.

About the job

This is a role for someone who enjoys being at the center of collaboration – connecting stakeholders, creating structure and ensuring things move forward. You will play a key part in supporting regulatory compliance by coordinating communication, data and follow-ups across internal teams and external partners.

In your future role as REACH & Regulatory Coordinator you will

  • Coordinate and keep track of communication with suppliers and customers to support regulatory compliance
  • Follow up on commitments related to EU REACH, UK REACH, KKDIK and similar frameworks
  • Generate and compile regulatory data from SAP (BW, Atlas, EHS) for product registrations and compliance checks
  • Support annual product registrations and reporting activities
  • Act as a key contact point in regulatory communication flows
  • Help ensure that stakeholders have access to accurate and up-to-date regulatory information

We believe you bring

  • MSc or BSc in Chemistry or another relevant field
  • Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
  • Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel

Great if you have

  • Understanding of REACH regulations (or a strong willingness to learn)
  • Relevant working experience
  • Experience working in SAP

We believe you are...

A structured and proactive team player who enjoys coordinating tasks and building relationships across functions. With a strong service mindset, you take ownership of your work and approach challenges with

curiosity and a solution-oriented mindset. You communicate clearly, stay organized in a dynamic environment and have a genuine willingness to learn and grow within regulatory affairs. Your attention to detail and problem-solving ability enable you to support others and ensure high-quality delivery.

At Nouryon, we provide a great job and friendly coworkers, plus benefits in addition to salary. Our collective agreement is with IKEM. Plus, we offer unilateral perks, such as bonus, reduced hours, health care allowance, lunch allowance, and more.
