About the job
The Account Manager is responsible for defining, developing, and implementing the business strategy for assigned accounts to drive both volume and profitability. They are expected to meet short- and long-term objectives while delivering sales in line with budget targets and providing accurate sales forecasts. Key responsibilities include identifying opportunities for business growth and maintaining direct customer engagement in the field, consistently representing Nouryon in a positive and professional manner.

Compensation Information
The hiring salary range for this position ranges from $94,800 to $135,500, although individuals may eventually progress through the pay scale in this role up to $176,200 Actual compensation will be dependent upon the specific role as well as the individuals’ qualifications, experience, skills, and certifications. Hired applicants will be eligible to receive annual bonuses.
Employees (and their families) will be eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are also eligible to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Employees will also receive paid time off and the mandated company holidays throughout the calendar year.
