Nouryon signed an agreement to divest its redispersible polymer powders (RPP) business, offered under the Elotex® brand, to Celanese Corporation, a global chemical and specialty materials company. The closing of this transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, regulatory approvals and subject to completion of the works council process.
