Detailed description

Aquatreat® AR 546 is a low molecular weight acrylate/sulfonate copolymer designed for use as a boiler water additive and in pulp and paper making process waters. It meets the requirements of FDA for use as a boiler water additive(1) and for pulp and paper mill(2) process waters.   The iron tolerance, thermal stability, and dispersant capabilities of Aquatreat® AR 546 make it an excellent choice for use in boiler water treatment. In pulp and paper process water Aquatreat® AR 546 prevents calcium sulfate and oxalate scales at the wide range pH usually encountered.
