This role is aiming to enhance the management of clients and distributors in China detergent market, seeking for double digital growth rate in relative industries in the coming two years. Key objectives are:
a) To achieve sales budget with rapid growth YOY,
b) To enhance management in distributors side, meanwhile developing more powerful distributors in per specified applications in detergent market, deliver double digital growth on sales result
c) To build new growth pipeline in commercial side, and making effective efforts to deliver result.
d) To lead distributors management in APAC

The role will cover customers/ distributors base in China as 1st step. It will expand to APAC region with business growth. The overall responsibility involve s enhancing management & solid loyalty relationship, significantly increasing market share, plus finding new potential markets or new channels to develop business.
The job holder will together with Regional Sales & Marketing Manager to build strong management in distributors side and digital side for mid-term growth, to review and update business strategy for next 3-5 years.
