Responsibility

This role is aiming to enhance the management of clients and distributors in China detergent market, seeking for double digital growth rate in relative industries in the coming two years. Key objectives are:  
a)     To achieve sales budget with rapid growth YOY,
b)     To enhance management in distributors side, meanwhile developing more powerful distributors in per specified applications in detergent market, deliver double digital growth on sales result
c)      To build new growth pipeline in commercial side, and making effective efforts to deliver result.
d)     To lead distributors management in APAC
e)     Transferring commodity to digital sales is an additional 


The role will cover customers/ distributors base in China as 1st step. It will expand to APAC region with business growth. The overall responsibility involve s enhancing management & solid loyalty relationship, significantly increasing market share, plus finding new potential markets or new channels to develop business.


The job holder will together with Regional Sales & Marketing Manager to build strong management in distributors side and digital side for mid-term growth, to review and update business strategy for next 3-5 years.


Job Requirements

- 8+ years of Sales and Business Development experience in chemical industry with successful track record;                                                                   
- Good knowledge about detergent industry;
- Has solid distribution management experience;
- Strategic thinking and strong implementation skills;
- Good command of English language, reading, writing and speaking;                                                
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field; Master degree or MBA  is a plus;  
- Marketing experience is a plus; 
- Digital transforming experience also a plus;                                                                                        - Proficient with SAP, MS Excel, BW, and other analytical tools;                                                          - Good Interpersonal Skills;  good presentation and influence skills;                                                    - Can have frequent travels cross China or even APAC
