For our segment High Purity Metalorganics (HPMO) we recruit our Regional Sales Manager

Position based in Europe (Netherlands - Germany - Belgium - Italy - France)

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor or Masters degree (technical or commercial, technical acumen is required)
  • Strong sales management or related experience required (minimum 10 years)
  • Industry related experience in LED, compound semiconductors, Si semiconductors, power devices, or solar cells is required (minimum 7 years)
  • Exceptional commercial skills

  • Strong leadership capability as related to working in a matrix environment
  • Experience of working in multi-disciplinary programs and teams, from start to implementation and delivering results

Key objectives and responsibilities :

  • Manage direct sales to LED, Si semi, compound semiconductor, CPV, and particle coating industries in the EMEA region.
  • Responsible for developing, managing, and growing customer relationships to improve the HPMO business and meet sales and profitability targets.
  • Build and maintain quality relationships with local sales and support staff of technology leaders (OEM’s)
  • Provide technical and sales expertise to support customers; is subject matter expert for EMEA commercial team
  • Manage and execute sales processes
    • Quotation generation through deal closure
    • Opportunity management and execution (CRM). Pursues growth opportunities at existing and new customers to align with strategic objectives
    • Margin management
    • Demand reviews (forecasting of volumes, sales at account manager level)
    • Contracts processes
  • Align with key functions to execute business processes (business planning, manufacturing, fleet planning, PSRA, capital execution, among others); focal point for HPMO in the EMEA region
  • Provide direction and support related to sales support tasks (pricing execution, rebates, back office administration, fleet management/planning activities, allocation, and others)
