Your challenge as Application Manager SuccessFactors
In this role you support organizational changes in SuccessFactors by consulting, configuring and implementing digital HR solutions. Your objective is to create perfect HR business processes, organizational structures, reports and analytics and integrations with other systems as well. As Application Manager SuccessFactors you are being responsible for specific (sub)deliverables of change requests. You will keep systems up and running by applying a controlled process of registering, monitoring and resolving of application related SAP SuccessFactors tickets. You will function as a 1st escalation point for the 3rd party vendors and the user community on Application Maintenance related services. You also are co-responsible for activities to ensure applications functions and operates appropriately.
•Defining, analyzing and/or implementing business processes, configuring SuccessFactors and guiding the final deliverables of the Go-Live.
•Monitoring overall performance of application, responsible for integrity of production environment. Therefor you are periodic standby for emergencies (24x7 availability schedule) and you periodically visit the customer sites to discuss tickets and demonstrate visibility.
•Maintaining the applications according to the SLA and in line with the regional business needs of involved Business Unit(s) and organization. Furthermore, you keep Configuration Management Database (CMDB) up to date for the business processes and applications in scope. You also take care of proper and updated documentation of the application (technical-, process- and end-user documentation).
•Conducting of tests as defined in an integration test specification, recording details of any failures and carrying out fault diagnosis. Moreover, you also execute changes & enhancements: Describe problem, information analysis, prepare solution, execute system change (self or by third party), unit test of the change, amend user documentation, implementation and after care.
•Participating in implementation improvements and optimization projects: You analyze and support Key-users training needs and create and maintain training material. Finally, you play an active role in the Change Advisory Board (CAB).

Have you got what it takes?
To be eligible for this challenging position, you are able to come up with solutions to define business problems by executing problem/root analyses and coordinating the implementation of preventive measures in which you take responsibility for system & integration testing. Therefor excellent analytical skills are a must. Next to this, you:
•Have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance or Computer Science.
•Have at least 5 years of in depth experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules: Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, Performing and Goals, Compensation, Succession and Development, Learning, Workforce Analytics and Reporting. Certification in system maintenance / configuration / customizing is a must.
•You are familiar with IT standards like IBIT, Cobit, EC, RCM, ONB, PMGM, LMS and CPI.
•You own competences such as: Drives for efficient results, Customer focus, Taking ownership of incidents and Dedicated to reach and maintain the required quality of system performance.
•Have excellent communication skills and are fluent in business English.
•Have willingness to travel at least 10 - 20 %.
