Regional Reliability Engineer (Static)
Fulltime, Arnhem
Salary per month: EUR 7.467 - 9.333 before tax


Your challenge as Regional Reliability Engineer (Static)
You will take a leading role in implementing maintenance and reliability business processes ensuring company-wide standardized work processes with the aim to establish a culture of continuous improvement and process-centric behaviors. Key responsibilities

•    Development:
You participate and take a leading role in the development of reliability methods and tools. Moreover, you will take lead in specific reliability elements and participate with global team members in development and improvement of other maintenance and reliability elements. 
•    Deployment:
You support the Maintenance & Reliability (M&R) teams at >20 manufacturing sites by providing expertise on equipment reliability improvement through root cause analysis, equipment criticality analysis, failure mode effect analysis, and formulating the appropriate asset tactics for economic maintenance execution. As such, you are responsible for joining the M&R Assessment teams to evaluate the current state at all the manufacturing sites. Moreover, you develop, guide and agree with the maintenance management teams the tactical implementation plans to be executed that will drive the achievement of set targets. Furthermore, you monitor progress on implementation and report on progress on a bi-weekly basis, while training and coaching reliability managers, maintenance and reliability engineers in the Nouryon maintenance and reliability processes, standard and procedures. 
•    Execution:
You are responsible for setting up and maintaining a regional network of Maintenance and Reliability Engineers with the purpose to drive value by exchanging and utilizing best practices, lessons learned, and solutions developed between different sites. You also are responsible for coordinating deployment of skilled maintenance and reliability engineers from sites and M&R-Excellence team according business needs. Finally you are responsible for executing equipment failure analysis that requires specific data analysis expertise and the use of Excel sheets, Power BI and SAP PM.

Moreover, you are focused on results and frequently challenge key stakeholders to deliver on the set targets.  Furthermore, you have a proven track record in Maintenance and Reliability Excellence and have demonstrated successful improvements in related industries. 


It is also a requirement that you have:
•At least a Bachelor’s degree related to Chemical, Mechanical, or Metallurgical Engineering or a similar discipline.
•At least 10 years hands-on experience in Reliability management and improvement, especially on static equipment, such as pressure vessels, reactors, storage tanks, heat exchangers, and pipelines. Moreover, you have in depth knowledge and experience with state-of-the-art reliability methods and tools (NDT/NDE, Inspection techniques, RBI, RCM techniques, predictive, condition based, RCA, EQ criticality and FMEA’s).
•Experience in continuous improvemen and tools such as failure analysis, root cause analysis, FMEA’s, Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous Improvement methodologies.  Preferably you also have experience in SAP-PM.
•Good communication skills, from technicians to site directors. Moreover, you are able to influence and get things done without having a line management responsibility. You also have excellent written and spoken English skills.
•Willingness to travel in the EMEA region (approximately 60 %).
