The Production Engineer will work as a technical resource for operations to optimize plant operations while enabling safe and efficient production of quality products. The initial year will involve the preparations for and Commissioning and Startup of the operating units.

Production Engineer will be given specific ownership responsibilities during Commissioning and Startup. Production engineer can make low impact decisions while troubleshooting and optimizing unit. Significant changes will follow the Management of Change process.
